These Terms and Conditions govern you (“the Customer”) use of the Tower City Trading 323cc T/A Brite Idea (“the Company”) website located at the domain: www.briteidea.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and interacting with this website, the User agrees to the Terms and Conditions contained below. Should you not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
Order process
The prices payable for our goods are set out on our website and are listed in South African Rands inclusive of VAT. Goods ordered will be invoiced at these prices plus a delivery charge as applicable at the time the order is placed.
If the Company is unable to clearly establish the customer’s delivery address, an order cannot be accepted. In the event that there is a fault on the website, through programming, hacking or whatsoever reason, the Company is not bound by the terms of its offer.
Payment Options
Payments are either processed via PayFast/ direct bank transfer.
All cash deposits will attract a fee of 2.8%.
Delivery policy
The Company will deliver to the address submitted on the order, provided that the courier is able to locate the address.
We have a lead-time of 3 days and a delivery time of 2 days.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check that the correct contents have been received and also to check the parcel(s) on receipt and to immediately notify us if there is damage.
If the goods delivered by the Company are not what was ordered or have been damaged through the delivery process or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please inform us of the problem via e-mail to online@briteidea.co.za within two business days from receipt of the goods.
The Company shall have no liability where goods are not received where the courier service is unable to deliver because you, the Customer, are unavailable to receive the goods at the address specified on the order.
As required by section 44(1) of the Electronic Communications Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT) we allow for the cancellation of any purchase of goods within seven (7) days after the date of receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods to us will be for your account unless the goods were received damaged.
Return & Refund Policy
A 10% handling fee will be charged for all returns, stock must be in its original packaging and must be returned within 7 days.
No cash refunds, credit will be held for future purchases.
Products on sale or on special promotion:
All products on sale or on special promotion on www.briteidea.co.za are exclusive to the online store. Vouchers, coupons, and sale products can only be redeemed/purchased via the online store.
All products on sale or on special promotion cannot be returned.
