Brite Idea Returns and Refund Policy
This Returns and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through briteidea.co.za.
1. Return Window
You have 3 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return of your stock. Items returned outside of this 3-working-day window will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is deemed to have been used or damaged.
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days (usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).
