This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Brite Idea website.

1. Shipping Destinations

Brite Idea currently ships to destinations within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling)

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit)

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on your specific location within South Africa. Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to courier schedules and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping cost structure is based on the following factors:

• Local Pickup (Gauteng): Local pickup is available free of charge in Gauteng. Please contact us to arrange a specific pickup time after placing your order.
• Standard Shipping: We apply a flat rate per province, plus a percentage fee per item in your order.
• Heavy/Bulky Goods: A separate Flat Rate is applied for items classified as heavy or bulky goods.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
